Ron Redekop, Senior Pastor

Ron has served as Senior Pastor of Northside since its inception in 1999 . Before starting Northside he served for 7 years as Young Adults Pastor at Central Heights Church in Abbotsford, BC. Ron received his B.A. in Sociology from UBC in 1982, and a Masters of Divinity degree from ACTS Seminary in 1992. What led Ron to start Northside Church was a growing passion to lead a church through the regular, systematic teaching of the Word of God, believing this to be foundational to spiritual health and growth. Ron serves alongside his wife Marcella and their two children, Victor and Darya.
Brian Cooper, Pastor of Family Ministries

Brian came to Northside as Pastor of Family Ministries in the fall of 2006 after completing his PhD in theological ethics at the Toronto School of Theology. Before that, he received his MDiv from ACTS in 1991 and has served as a youth pastor in Winnipeg, North Vancouver, and Langley, as well as having worked as an industrial chaplain, administrative assistant, and part-time seminary professor. Brian is excited about mentoring people, whether it be at church, in the classroom, or just over coffee. He has the most wonderful family in the world – wife Connie, daughter Nicole, son Austin (and Java the wonder dog).
Brian Wade, Pastor of Youth
Brian came to Northside as Pastor of Youth in the spring of 2009. Growing up in the church Brian was part of the youth council. He also spent five years at camp Qwanoes as a counselor, among other responsibilities. Most recently Brian has been self-employed in the contracting business. His passion for youth has never left him and he is excitied to be serving us as Youth Pastor! He is also working on his Masters of Christian Studies Degree at Acts Seminary. Brian is married to Cindy and has two children - Noah and Tiana.
Kathy Dyck, Secretary
Kathy has been at Northside since 2004. After being a stay at home mom and raising her children, she decided to get back into the work force. Together with her husband, she enjoys travelling, camping, hiking, and sports activities. She is married to Ron and has four grown children.
Kathy is in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-4:30.
